Make Your Final Payment

In order to make payment free, fast, safe, and convenient, we provide PayPal, VISA, and MasterCard as our preferred methods of payment. Please note that although all payments are processed through PayPal, you are not required to use or even sign up for a PayPal account.

Be sure to have your Job Number, Item Description (the one ending in FP), and Unit Price (50% of your order total) from your quote available, as you will be asked for all three as you check out. After clicking the button below, you will be asked to fill in the Item Description (the one ending in FP) and Unit Price (50% of your order total) from your quote. When you are ready, click the "Pay Now" button below to submit your payment. You will be given an opportunity to enter your Job Number at the final step of check out for faster processing. Please be advised that your Final Payment is due 14 days after the completed product is approved and delivered (30 days for institutions using purchase orders). We will email you to let you know when we have received your payment.

Service Agreement

By entering my name in the quote approval form above, I (hereafter referred to as "the Customer") agree to pay to Adventures in Music (hereafter referred to as"the Company") or it's owner, the amount entered above as a 50% deposit in consideration for the musical services stipulated in the quote number referenced above.

The Customer agrees to pay the remainder of the total cost within 14 days of delivery of the of completed musical work (30 day for institutions using purchase orders).

The Company agrees to complete to the best of it's ability the services indicated in the quote number referenced above for the cost and within the time frame stipulated.

The Customer is agrees that he or she, as an idividual or as part of a performing group, will not be performing in public and/or for profit any of the musical works that the Company will be servicing unless he or she (or any perfroming group the Customer may be affilated with) has (or has obtained) the legal right to do so, and that production of the (new) requested musical work will not violate any copyright laws. Furthermore, that the Customer will therefore save and hold harmless Adventures in Music and/or any of it's employees for any copyright-related legal actions that may arise as the Company is not responsible for any further use or performance of any seviced musical works.

In the event of an arrangement or composition, the customer does have the right to request changes, additions or re-writes at 50% of the regular hourly fee for said service until satisfied. Since an arrangement or composition is not a replicated work and is a creative work of art, some revisions and drafts are expected. It is in the best interests of the Company and the Customer to complete the creative process with as few revisions as possible.

The Company may make small changes, additions or corrections at no cost at it's discretion. Any and all musical errors are covered under the following clause.

Our 100% Quality and Accuracy Guarantee:The Company stands behind all of our work with our promise that all the Customer's sheet music will be accurate, complete and easy-to-read.

If the Customer finds any errors or omissions in any transcription or transposition, the Company will make the corrections at no charge, given the following provisions.
This is a guarantee that the actual music presented (via recording or photocopy) will be replicated completely and accurately. Any and all corrections are covered.

This guarantee does not extend to changes and/or additions a composer or songwriter wishes to make that differ from the original recording presented unless previously indicated by the Customer before work has begun.
This guarantee does not extend to changes and or additions a composer or songwriter wishes to make after the song has been written.

If the Customer is not satisfied with the page layout or readability, the Customer can request that the sheet music be re-paged according to their desired specifications on a standard (8 1/2 X 11) page.
This clause does not cover changes and additions to compositions andarrangements (see above); however, all errors and/or corrections in such works are covered.
